  1. Video Creation and Usage: Employees of Quick Support, when tasked to create, edit, or appear in videos for quicksupport.tech channel, hereby agree that said videos are the sole property of Quick Support. These videos cannot be utilized for personal or commercial purposes.
  2. Personal Name Usage: Employees may use their personal names in Quick Support’s videos, shorts, or other content; however, they cannot claim copyright or share such content on social media platforms or elsewhere.
  3. Editing Rights: Quick Support reserves the right to edit videos or shorts created by employees multiple times as deemed necessary.
  4. Payment Hold Policy: Quick Support may withhold payment without prior notification in the event of unauthorized activities, delayed submissions of work, or failure to meet committed deadlines.
  5. Payment Processing Time: Upon submission of completed work as per asign or given, payment will be processed within 7 days. However, if there are holidays within this period, the payment processing time may extend accordingly.
  6. Adjustment of Payment: In cases where the completed work yields an amount either higher or lower than the employee’s salary, adjustments will be made accordingly. If the completed work exceeds the employee’s salary, the excess amount will be adjusted against future payments until it reaches the minimum payable amount. Conversely, if the completed work falls short of the employee’s salary, the remaining balance will be adjusted against future earnings until it meets the minimum payable threshold.
  7. KYC Requirement: Employees may be required to provide their government ID, mobile number, or email ID for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.
  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Quick Support retains the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notification to employees.
  9. Legal Action: In the event of policy violations or breaches of these terms and conditions, Quick Support reserves the right to take legal action through the Chandigarh Judiciary.
Payment Policy For Work From Home Or Open Based

Effective Date: 3 April 2025

This policy outlines payment rules for remote and open contributors under different work durations.

1. 7-Day Work Period

  • If work is submitted daily → Payment on 7th day.
  • If full work is submitted within 4 days → Payment on 7th day.
  • If submitted between 5th to 7th day → Payment 10 days after submission.
  • Example: Submitted on 3rd → Paid on 7th.
  • Example: Submitted on 6th → Paid on 16th.

2. 10-Day Work Period

  • Daily submissions → Payment on 10th day.
  • Full work submitted within 4 days → Payment on 10th day.
  • Submission between 5th–10th → Payment 10 days after submission.
  • Example: Submitted on 2nd → Paid on 10th.
  • Example: Submitted on 8th → Paid on 18th.
  • Bonus: ₹100 will be added if completed under 10-day model.

3. 15-Day Work Period

  • Daily work for 15 days → Payment on 15th day.
  • If full work submitted within 6 days → Payment on 15th day.
  • If full work submitted between 7th to 15th day → Payment will be made 15 days after the date of submission.
  • Example: Submitted on 5th → Paid on 15th.
  • Example: Submitted on 8th → Paid on 23rd.
  • Example: Submitted on 15th → Paid on 30th.
  • Bonus: ₹200 will be added if completed under 15-day model.

4. Late Submission Policy

  • If full work is submitted after official duration (7, 10, 15 days), only base payment is credited.
  • No bonus applies to late or partial work.

5. Quality Requirements

  • Work must be complete, original, and per instructions.
  • Low-quality work may be rejected or paid partially.
